Our offerings are designed to support emotional well-being, stress regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. They are educational and supportive in nature.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Ground to Grow does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, or crisis support.

The information and practices shared through Ground to Grow are not a substitute for care from a physician, fertility specialist, mental health professional, counsellor, therapist, or other qualified health care provider.

Please speak with your health care provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a medical condition, mental health concern, trauma history, or are experiencing significant distress.

If you are in crisis, feeling unsafe, or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please contact emergency services or a local crisis line immediately.

3. Account Access and Responsibility

When you create an account or purchase a course, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

You agree not to share your account, course access, videos, audio files, worksheets, guided practices, or other materials with others. Your purchase is for individual use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ground to Grow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of materials is suspected.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

5. Refund Policy

We want Ground to Grow to feel supportive and like the right fit for you.

If you register and decide the program is not right for you, you may request a refund by emailing support@groundtogrow.co within 7 days of purchase.

For on-demand programs, refunds are available as long as you have not accessed beyond the first module.

For live programs, refunds are available if requested before the second live class.

If Ground to Grow cancels a live program, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer into a future program, where available.

Refund requests can be sent to:

support@groundtogrow.co

6. Course Access

Access periods may vary depending on the specific course or program purchased. Any access limits will be described on the course sales page or registration page.

Ground to Grow may update, revise, or remove content over time to improve the quality of our offerings. We aim to maintain access to purchased materials for the period promised at the time of purchase, but we cannot guarantee indefinite access to any course or resource.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ground to Grow website and course platform, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, guided practices, logos, images, text, and program structure, is owned by Ground to Grow or used with permission.

You may access and use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, sell, teach from, upload, modify, or create derivative works from Ground to Grow materials without written permission.

8. Live Sessions and Group Programs

Ground to Grow live sessions are intended to provide education, mindfulness practice, guided practice, and emotional support. They are not group therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of anything shared by others in a live group setting.

Ground to Grow reserves the right to remove a participant from a live session or program if their behaviour is disruptive, harmful, disrespectful, or outside the scope of the program.

9. Personal Responsibility

Mindfulness and emotional support practices can bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, and body sensations. You are responsible for choosing how and when to participate in practices and for pausing or stopping if something does not feel supportive.

You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
