Meet Stephanie Curran

MBSR Instructor | Acupuncturist (R.TCM.P)

As a fertility acupuncturist and mindfulness educator, I’ve spent more than two decades supporting people through the challenges of trying to conceive.

This work is deeply personal to me, too. My own experience with infertility was shaped by hope, heartbreak, waiting, and uncertainty. It asked more of me than I ever expected, and it also changed the direction of my life’s work.

Since 2000, I’ve supported people on the path of trying to conceive, and for the past 30 years, meditation has been a steady part of my own life. Over time, those two paths came together in the work I now offer through Ground to Grow.

Alongside my clinical background, I became a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University and completed additional training in mindfulness, coaching, and perinatal support. My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, and shaped by years of walking alongside patients through the stress, tenderness, and uncertainty of this journey.

I created Ground to Grow to offer the kind of support I know can make a real difference: practical, compassionate tools to help people feel more steady, more connected, and less alone in the midst of all they’re carrying.

Whether you’re at the beginning of this path, deep in treatment, or moving through loss, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, understanding, and care.

Ground to Grow offers steady, compassionate support for people navigating fertility challenges.

A place to feel more grounded, more supported, and less alone in the uncertainty of this journey.

My work is rooted in three decades of meditation practice, 26 years of clinical experience supporting fertility patients, and my own lived experience of this path.
