You are not alone.

Pregnancy loss is common, and it can feel deeply isolating.

After miscarriage, the world can seem to keep moving while something in you has changed. Grief can come in waves, and it’s common to move through numbness, anger, jealousy, guilt, and self-blame.

Whether you’re recovering or considering trying again, you do not have to carry this by yourself.

What people are saying…

"Words really cannot begin to express my gratitude for your support and care on this journey. I am so grateful my doctor recommended connecting with you. Your mindfulness course was a lifeboat in the stormy emotional sea after my miscarriage and the space you created was so special and made me feel so much less alone."

~ AB

“This course exceeded my expectations in every way. I started off not knowing how to manage the big emotions, anxiety, and grief following my first trimester loss. I now feel a sense of calm and resiliency within myself, all due to the strategies and techniques I've learned during this course, which have helped guide me as I continue to walk this challenging path forward.”

~ EM

“I truly feel this course has changed my perspective and outlook on fertility, loss, and life (for the better), and I couldn't have navigated my miscarriage without it. This program is absolutely amazing and has been a huge part of my healing process.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you.”

Your Questions, Answered

  • That’s okay! Ground to Grow is designed for beginners and those new to mindfulness. Every practice is introduced with simple, clear instructions to help you get started no matter your experience level.

  • That’s wonderful!

A fresh moment is always arising, and even experienced meditators can benefit from deepening their practice. This program is specifically tailored to support the unique challenges of the fertility journey, offering tools and guidance to navigate its emotional complexities with greater ease and connection.

All levels of experience with practice are welcome; the content will be relevant and supportive.

  • No problem! Missing one or even two classes is fine. There are notes to support your continued practice between sessions, and you will have access to the home practices and worksheets.

Live sessions are not recorded, though, to respect the privacy and trust of all participants.

  • At this time, the options are separate, but both provide the same core teachings to support your journey.

  • Both options are designed to fit into busy schedules.

Live sessions are 90 minutes once a week, and self-paced modules are 15 minutes each, making it easy to integrate into your day.

Audio practices are 2-10 minutes, allowing you to choose which practices feel possible and when you have time to practice.

The gentle encouragement throughout both programs is prioritizing small micro-moments. Slow and steady is meaningful and helps establish a foundation of well-being that is sustainable.

  • No special equipment is needed. All you need is a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device to access the sessions or modules.

A journal or notebook is recommended for reflective exercises.

  • Absolutely!

Ground to Grow is designed to support all individuals trying to conceive, whether naturally or with the assistance of a fertility clinic. The program can complement any fertility treatment plan.

  • Yes, we offer a refund if you decide the program isn't right for you after the first class or module.
